Shane Chordas, PharmD, BCPS is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. He completed his post graduate year one pharmacy practice residency at West Florida Hospital in Pensacola, FL. Following his residency year, he focused on building the antimicrobial stewardship program and precepting students/residents. He is a member of the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists and holds an Advanced Making a Difference in Infectious Diseases (MAD-ID) Antimicrobial Stewardship certificate. Shane is currently serving as the clinical pharmacy educator and pharmacy residency program director.
