Glenn Grantner, PharmD, BCPS is graduate of the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. Following graduation, he completed his PGY-1 Residency at West Florida Hospital in Pensacola, Florida. He serves as a clinical staff pharmacist, working primarily with the cardiac and progressive care units, as well as the emergency department. His primary interests include antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacokinetic monitoring, heart failure management, and literature evaluation. He is also closely involved with precepting students and residents.
